Baby Kessie

I was able to take pictures of my friends Melissa and Brandon with their sweet new baby girl, Kessie. It was my first time doing an "official" photo shoot. I was nervous and excited the whole time. I hope I captured what a truly beautiful baby she is in a way that they like. Here are some of the final shots.

Easter: Spring is here!

Fall is my favorite season... but I might be changing my mind. What beautiful imagery Springs brings. And it was great to contemplate this season this Easter weekend as my thoughts were turned to Jesus Christ.

Yes, Jesus Christ, that same Savior, who lived and died for us. 

But His mission did not end on the cross.

After three days, our Savior rose from the dead, to live again as an exalted being.

And His Resurrection brings so much hope and peace

To know that we, with our loved ones, can live again.

That our bodies can be freed of pains and sickness

That we can be sealed to live forever in the presence of our Great Redeemer

That we may become perfected in and through Jesus Christ.

Reborn. 

I do love the fall, but I LOVE the promise of Spring! The promise of rebirth and growth. A chance to renew ourselves with a bright disposition.
